Pumpkin & Caramelised Onion Ravioli (400g)

Pumpkin is roasted until golden and soft, then cooked for hours. Our signature ricotta & parmesan filling is mixed with golden caramelised onion, nutmeg, pepper and balsamic vinegar.

Cooking instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and boil for approximately 3-4 minutes according to your taste.

Do not defrost product, place directly in boiling water.

Quick Sauce

For a sauce with your Pumpkin Ravioli, melt 3 tbsp of oil with a 1/4 cup of salted butter in a pan. Add 6-8 sage leaves and cook until golden. Sprinkle roasted hazelnuts and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano over ravioli.
