Our inspiration began in Bologna. The epicentre of pasta and the capital of artisan food in Italy. A holiday there turned into a business idea and after many hours of perfecting our pasta, we are proud to offer a product that is pure, unadulterated and melt-in-the-mouth delicious. Buon appetito!

Meet the team
The team at Bologna has a wide and varied background consisting of a bored housewife with culinary ambitions, a retired businessman and two siblings unhappy in the corporate world. We however have one thing in common: a passion for good food.

The culmination of our efforts has been recognised at the Sydney Royal Fine Food show with 4 Gold medals and 1 Silver medal.
