Our inspiration began in Bologna. The epicentre of pasta and the capital of artisan food in Italy.

A holiday there turned into a business idea and after many hours of perfecting our pasta, we are proud to offer a product that is pure, unadulterated and melt-in-the-mouth delicious. Buon appetito!
